Refund Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

We want you to be sure that Equaudit fits your needs. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new purchase (reporting-year pass or first subscription payment), contact us at hello@equaudit.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Access after a refund

When a purchase is refunded in full (or the payment is reversed by a chargeback), the paid features end at once. Your data is not deleted: for 90 days it stays visible with the key figures only (headline gap and category count). Detailed results, exports, printing and new analyses are disabled, and a new plan restores them. This differs from the end of a paid period, when your data stays fully readable and exportable for 90 days. Partial refunds do not change your plan.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable once the new period has started. We will consider refunds for renewals in exceptional cases, such as a charge made after you asked us to cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Manage subscription. Your paid features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data then remains readable and exportable for 90 days, and your account returns to the free plan's limits. The reporting-year pass is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@equaudit.com from your account address with the date of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days.
