Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Equaudit (the "Service"), operated by Khaled Ben Mansour (trading as Equaudit), 28 Rue Mohamed Mhiri, Nasr 1, 2037 Ariana Tunisia("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

1. The Service

Equaudit computes pay gap indicators from payroll data you upload. It is an analysis aid. It does not file reports with any authority and does not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data, for the choice of job categories and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You must be authorised to process the payroll data you upload.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are either a one-time reporting-year pass (valid for 12 months from purchase, no renewal) or an annual subscription (Tracking, Firm). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes and invoices, and its checkout terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew each year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. When a paid period ends, your data stays readable and exportable for 90 days and is not deleted; new analyses require an active plan. If a purchase is refunded in full, paid features end at once and your data stays visible, with key figures only, for 90 days. See our refund policy.

4. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you upload. Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not stored. We save only the aggregated results of your analyses. Details are in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to process data you have no right to process.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce the functionality of a paid plan.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Results depend on the data and category definitions you provide, and national rules may differ from the EU directive. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your reports and cancels your subscription. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. The courts of Tunis have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which remain unaffected.
