EU Pay Transparency Directive
Your pay-gap report, done in an afternoon, not a consulting project.
Built for companies of 100 to 500 employees that don't have a pay-equity team or an enterprise HR suite. Upload a CSV, see where you stand against the 5% threshold, and fix it before the first report is due.
7 June 2026
Transposition deadline of Directive (EU) 2023/970. Most member states are still catching up, but employers should not wait.
7 June 2027
First pay-gap report due for employers with 150 or more employees (250+ report every year, 150–249 every three years).
5%
A gap of 5% or more in any job category that you cannot justify triggers a joint pay assessment with worker representatives.
How it works
Export from payroll
One row per employee: gender, job category, hourly base pay, optional variable pay.
Upload the CSV
Processed in memory and discarded. We keep percentages and head-counts only, never individual salaries.
Get your indicators
Mean and median gap, bonus gap, pay quartiles and a 5% alert per job category, ready to export.
Simple pricing
One plan for the whole company. No per-employee fees, no tiers, no sales call.
